To become recognized at his early stages as a prodigy is maybe one of those seals of life to those totally immersed into music at its highest level. We are extremely lucky to have outstanding recordings of his concerts.
His conducting techniques are more than knowledge of music scores. Maestro Lorin Maazel shall always be recalled as an icon to be studied by present and future generations when any music lover wants to enjoy in full extension the relevance of a great conductor in modern times.
