Ave María
If you ever wanted to hear an angelical voice, maybe the time has come to you with this interpretation of "Ave María" of Jackie Evancho.
Another version is from a marvelous Moscow Boys' Choir with the purity and innocence of young voices.
The "Ave Maria" is by Vladimir Vavilov (1925-1973) Russian guitarist, who composed it in 1970 and published in an album called "Melody". He edited it without author (he used to sign with names of authors of the Baroque, but this song left blank). Then a friend of his (Mark Shakhin) attributed it to Caccini. The interpretation of the soprano Irina Arkhipova in 1987 (with an arrangement by the organist Oleg Tanchgenko) made this Ave Maria reach the fame and popularity that now has and that Vavilov could not get to know (died poor and pancreatic cancer)
